Excessive or automated scanning may result in throttling, suspension, or additional fees. VSELLPro reserves the right to determine and enforce fair use limitations at its sole discretion.

16. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual).

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe.

• All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no prorated refunds issued.

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Settings page within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Prices may change with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

• You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

Founder Pricing Guarantee: Users who subscribed under a Founder pricing plan are guaranteed their locked rate for the lifetime of their active subscription. This rate will not increase as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. This guarantee is binding on VSELLPro LLC and any future owner or operator of the Services.

17. Service Availability

We strive to keep our Services available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may occur. We are not liable for damages resulting from interruptions or delays.

18. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may reference or connect to third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or Mercari. We are not responsible for the data, availability, or policies of these platforms. You are subject to their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.

19. Limitation of Liability

Any such transfer will be conducted in accordance with Section 5 (Data Sharing and Disclosure) of this Policy. Existing user subscriptions, including Founder pricing guarantees, will be honored by any successor owner as a condition of acquisition.

23. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Lafayette, Louisiana. You waive the right to participate in any class or collective actions.
